ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely! We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your security is our top priority.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it's processed quickly to get to you faster. Contact us at support@thepurecurves.com immediately if you need to make changes—we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Payment declines can happen for various reasons. Please check with your bank or credit card company, ensure your billing information is correct, and try again. If the problem persists, contact us for assistance.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-12 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. We're working on adding faster shipping options soon!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $79. Orders under $79 have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We're planning to expand internationally—follow us on social media for updates!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses?
Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery times may vary for these addresses.
I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are typically sent within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, email us at support@thepurecurves.com with your order number.
My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package. What now?
First, check with neighbors, household members, or building management. Sometimes packages are left in safe locations. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days at support@thepurecurves.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately at support@thepurecurves.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. We cover return shipping costs!
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@thepurecurves.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope! We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you'd like to exchange when you start your return. We'll send your exchange as soon as we receive your return.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I return sale or clearance items?
Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We're so sorry if that happens! Email us immediately at support@thepurecurves.com with photos. We'll send you a replacement right away or issue a full refund—your choice. You won't need to return the defective item.

How do I care for my products?
Care instructions are included with each product and typically involve hand washing with mild soap and air drying. Proper care extends the life of your products!
Do you restock sold-out items?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes future orders faster and allows you to track your order history.
How do I reset my password?

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

The Pure Curves is based in New Mexico, USA. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Do you have a physical store?
We're currently online-only, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and serve customers across the entire United States.
