Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

What We Accept

✓ Unworn items with original tags ✓ Items in original packaging ✓ Items in resalable condition

What We Don't Accept

✗ Worn or washed items (for hygiene reasons) ✗ Items without tags or packaging ✗ Items damaged by customer ✗ Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@thepurecurves.com with your order number
  2. Let us know which items you'd like to return and why
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  4. Pack your items securely and ship them back using our label

Return Shipping

We cover the return shipping cost! You'll receive a prepaid label—just drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem! Let us know in your return request, and we'll send your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately at support@thepurecurves.com with photos, and we'll send you a replacement right away or issue a full refund—your choice. You won't need to return the defective item.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
